The Bosuil Stadion was known for its abandoned wooden stand 2. But in 2025 it is rapidly replaced by a modern stand. The renovation of the "hell of Deurne" is completed.

The old Olympic stadium of Antwerp is fully renovated and nothing is left of the old stadium.

Around Christmas time it was nice to combine a football derby in Bruges combined with the Christmas market.

The Constant Vandenstock Stadion, also known as the Astridpark, is now called the Lotto Park. Anderlecht seems to be a club for the elite but during the Brussels derby there is a lot of atmosphere.

A more than 100 year old monumental main stand and a pitch surrounded by trees is unique for a club at top level.

A lot of stadium in Belgium are old or only partly renovated. But in Ghent a full new stadium was built which I passed by on the highway several times. So time to go there.

Leuven is a beautiful city especially with its famous town hall. The football club and stadium are less famous.

Officially known as the Stade Maurice Dufrasne, Sclessin is known for its passionate fans especially during the "Choc Wallon".

KV Mechelen is a special team that won a European Cup once. "Achter de Kazerne", renovated after my visit, is definitely a groundhop trip worth while.

Sint Truiden has always been the smaller club in Belgian Limburg, except this year. The `hel of Stayen´ is back.
