In 2002 I lived in Paris and already visited PSG in the Parc des Princes. But I also succeeded in getting tickets for the friendly nation's match between France and Scotland in the Stade de France. I already did a stadium tour months before but a real match is of course better. I went together with two colleagues by metro to the north of Paris. Near the metro station we bought a typical Parisien "ot dok" for dinner. The match was sold out for the friendly which was not a surprise since France was the reigning world champion and all great French stars including Thierry Henry and Zinédine Zidane are present. The fans are great and enjoy a fantastic first half:  "oh la la la la, ce n'est pas possible" and "Allez les bleus" is what we hear. Amazing football despite the friendly character of the match. In the second half many of the stars were taken out and the match became less attractive. Despite that one of the best half matches I ever saw the first 45 minutes.
