For my work I need to go to Córdoba for a few days. Córdoba does not have an airport which means that I travel via Sevilla/Málaga. I decide to add one extra day in Andalusia for visiting Málaga. On Friday evening I came back by train from Córdoba and went to one of the famous chirinquitos at the beach to enjoy a espetos de sardinas. On Saturday morning I made a city tour by bike with group of dutch girls. In this weekend the nations teams play so there are no matches in LaLiga. But Málaga CF plays in the second league and they play at home on Saturday evening against neighbours Granada. Since the home team had a good season start the stadium is almost full for this derby game. La Rosaleda is famous for its good atmosphere and that is also today the case. La Rosaleda is a typical Spanish stadium with only a roof on the main stand. In the climate of Andalusia that's fine. The home team scored 2 goals but than the guests take over and Málaga can in the end be happy with one point. For me it was just a 30 mnutes walk back to the hotel. On Sunday morning I flew back to Eindhoven.
