Mechelen -
Achter de Kazerne
KV Mechelen - KVC Westerlo 3-1
Eerste klasse, 12 February 2011
It is a relative new born initiative: I am going with a friend to a football match abroad. The tradition started a year before in Dortmund but brought us in 2011 to Mechelen in Belgium. Before the evening game we went to the cosy center of Mechelen for a drink and some food. It was hard to find a parking place but we finally arrived "Achter de Kazerne". The stadium was not yet renovated as it is today and we were sitting on wooden benches. The canteen is similar to any amateur club. Despite the cold, the match and atmosphere are good. Malinwa wins!
Tickets:
We ordered them at the club before hand and could pick up the tickets at the ticket desk before the match.
